Private Chef – Switzerland & Worldwide
(Short-term & Long-term Placements)
We are looking for experienced private chefs to work for exclusive private clients in Switzerland & Worldwide. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in five-star hotels, luxury residences, or private households.
The role requires exceptional culinary skills and a deep knowledge of fine dining and gastronomy at the highest level. You must be able to deliver outstanding culinary experiences tailored to the specific needs and preferences of discerning clients.
A minimum of B2 level English is required to communicate fluently with clients and teams. Other languages, such as German or French, are a strong advantage but not mandatory.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a private chef or in five-star/luxury establishments
Excellent culinary expertise and in-depth knowledge of gastronomy at the highest level
Strong skills in menu engineering and macro-calculation (costing)
Broad knowledge of international cuisines and the ability to create diverse menus
High adaptability to client preferences, including special diets, allergies, or medical dietary restrictions, always in consultation with a nutritionist or medical professional
Mastery of fine dining standards and personalized service
Fluent English (B2 or higher) for daily communication, driving licence category B , own car for daily using
Additional languages (German, French, or others) are a plus
High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
Strong knowledge of hygiene protocols and food safety regulations
Impeccable manners, polished appearance, and outstanding interpersonal skills
Ability to handle pressure and remain flexible in rapidly changing situations
Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach
